Extension and patio in Caversham, Reading

Project overview

For this project, our customer wanted to make better use of the space at the back of their garage by adding a practical extension. We built a new utility room with a shower and toilet, giving them a convenient and functional space connected to the house.

To integrate the new extension seamlessly, we replaced the entire garage roof, ensuring a consistent look and reliable weatherproofing across both the old and new structures. Outside, we transformed the garden by removing the old decking and installing a brand-new patio. To finish it off, we added stylish top bar vibe lights, creating the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining.
